Burna Boy makes headline with performance at 2024 Summerjam festival in Germany

 

Burna Boy, a Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, continues to bring African music to the world stage.

He recently performed at the 2024 Summerjam Festival in Germany, which took place from July 5th – 7th, 2024.

At the festival, Burna Boy sang many of his hit songs, including “City Boy,” which has been nominated for a Grammy. The crowd loved his performance, singing and dancing along.

This festival appearance follows Burna Boy’s recent success in London, where he sold out the 80,000-seat London Stadium for the second time. He’s been touring for most of the year with his “I Told Them”tour, breaking records in the US and Canada.

Burna Boy has also just released a new song called “Higher,” his first of 2024. In the song’s video, he goes back to his hometown of Port Harcourt, showing his roots and doing charity work.

These achievements show how Burna Boy is becoming one of the biggest stars bringing African music to audiences around the world.
